				We really needed deep carpet care. Kids had done their artwork with colors on various carpeted areas. My eye shadow broke and fell on the carpet:( Bob did a wonderful job, removed all the stains and steam cleaned every room! Felt like carpet was replaced with new carpet. 				After my experience today I, for the first time ever, came here to leave a review. I’m not remotely surprised Bob’s got nothing but 5 star reviews. Must be his outstanding work, customer services, and satisfaction is the norm not the exception. Which,sadly,  is very rare nowadays. I had an appointment with a different carpet cleaning company scheduled between 8-10 this morning. When I made this appointment I was very upfront and honest about the condition of the carpet.  They showed up at 1:00 and told me they were charging me $400 more than the original quote. A $100 set up fee, a $200 stain removal fee and another $100 fee because he had to go to a second floor. I told that man to leave because I wasn’t falling for a bait and switch scam. I then did a Google search and it gave me Bobs info. I called him in a panic and he was there in a little over an hour!!  When he left the carpet literally looked brand new. I can’t even begin to tell you what a miracle he preformed today! I will not hesitate to use him again and can not recommend him highly enough!!

				Fantastic! They arrived on time, smiling and looking very professional. I had called for a quote over the phone and when Ryan the technician arrived he went over everything with me. There was a few spots from my dog that I was told previously (from the other cleaners I've used in the past) were permanent but Ryan was able to get them out completely!! He also cleaned an area rug for me that had coffee on it and that came out too! My carpet was dry sooner then I expected and overall I would totally recommend them to anyone who wants things done right the first time.
